We are looking for an EXPERIENCED personal injury paralegal that can handle claims from case initiation and provide support throughout litigation. Competitive Salary and great work environment!

Responsibilities:

• Client intake and filing of the claim

• Coordinate treatment for clients

• Handle client communication with excellent customer service

• Drafting of demands, pre-suit documents as well as experience in drafting pleadings and routine discovery documents

• Ordering medical and billing records and maintaining organized file

• Proficiency in all aspects of pre-suit claim-handling including but not limited to communications with insurance adjusters and medical providers.

• Scheduling and coordinating both pre-suit and post-suit deadlines and events

Qualifications:

• Experience in handling personal injury claims from case initiation through litigation

• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
