There’s a New Badge in Town

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our very own, Marie Schoeb, was nominated for the NAOPIA Top 10 under 40, the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA) prestigious honor that highlights lawyers who excel beyond the call of duty in the arena of personal injury law.

We know Marie for her unrelenting commitment to providing her clients with everything they need to succeed. Hailing from the State Attorney's Office, Marie knows how to build and strategically argue a case from the ground up to maximize the compensation to which her clients are rightfully owed.

Marie has been acknowledged throughout her tenure for her agility in personal injury law, gaining traction as a prosecutor in Florida's Sixth Judicial Circuit–and immersing herself in the jury trial experience that, along with her other talents, has propelled her to infinite success throughout her career. This acknowledgment of Marie’s devotion and diligence is long overdue, and something we at Busciglio Sheridan & Schoeb could not be more proud of.

The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys is dedicated to serving and highlighting lawyers who distinguish themselves through their work. Through continuing education and representation, NAOPIA specializes in providing superior, up-to-the-minute knowledge of current affairs throughout the judicial system.

There are thousands of attorneys throughout each state, and this nomination is subject to a rigorous selection process to find attorneys across the United States who lead by example with great purpose behind their work. Any attorney can claim they are "the best" at what they do, but the NAOPIA badge truly reflects that assertion with challenging criteria to meet, recognizing the recipient for their impact on their community, and the lives of those they’ve helped.

We know that people who are injured by someone else’s negligence stand in a place of pure vulnerability. They’re uncertain, scared, and more often than not, their lives have been completely uprooted and turned upside down. Marie taking this badge home represents her unwavering excellence in the realm of serving her clients beyond the normal personal injury law experience. Let us change your mind about Law Firms!
