Firm News
We are so excited to welcome Tampa native, Randy Ojeda, to our team as he brings a new area of practice to our firm. Randy specializes in negotiating contracts relating to recording, publishing, licensing, and distribution and that’s barely the tip of the iceberg.
Randy’s artist management and practical experience in executive roles in the music industry make him a key player in the legal realm of music executives and groups in the Tampa Bay Area. As a CEO and founder of his own company, Randy brings the inner workings of business development, especially for independent artists, to our legal counsel.
Practice Anniversary
Let’s hear it for Scott Robbins, board certified in Juvenile Law and Dependency, who celebrated 40 years of practice in November. Partners Josh Sheridan & Dina Busciglio Sheridan celebrated 20 years in 2022! We love to see our collective experience grow as our firm continues to evolve in all directions.
A Sister City Moment
Our partner, Dina Sheridan, was welcomed to a private ceremony with City of Tampa Mayor Jane Castor and former Prime Minister of France and current Mayor of Le Havre, Eduoard Phillipe, on the 30th anniversary of our Sister Cities collaboration, to witness the signing of a proclamation affirming another 30 years of cultural and economic partnership!
They were joined by USF President Rhea Law and French judges and attorneys– all in Tampa for a comparative law conference organized by a planning committee of which Dina was an integral part. She presented welcome gifts on behalf of Busciglio Sheridan & Schoeb to the Consul General for France as well as the Mayor of Le Havre.
